1. Services

• Free online tools: text cleaning, Chinese character practice sheets, math drills, pinyin writing sheets, pinyin annotation, ID photos and image tools are free to use online;
• Offline Edition: a one-time-purchase (price as shown on the purchase page) offline software package that runs fully on your machine without an internet connection;
• Subscription add-ons: cloud drafts/history, extended template library, and AI generation quota (e.g., AI math word problems, AI text polishing, AI vocabulary for character sheets). The exact scope, quota and pricing are as shown on the subscription page;
• Voluntary donations: a donation channel is provided; donations are voluntary and carry no additional obligations.

2. Purchase of the Offline Edition

• One-time payment, lifetime use, and all future version updates are free;
• As a digital product, once the payment is processed and the product delivered automatically, refunds are not supported unless the software is completely non-functional due to defects, in which case please contact us;
• Purchase records are used only to verify purchase status and for no other purpose.

3. License

• Our tools and the Offline Edition are licensed for personal, non-commercial use — including use in your own teaching or family contexts;
• You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute or create derivative versions;
• You may not crack, decompile, or remove any license or copyright notice from the Offline Edition.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the service for illegal purposes or in ways that infringe the rights of others, and not to abuse the website (e.g., flooding endpoints or bulk-downloading content).

5. AI Generation Features

• AI generation features are provided through the site's server proxy calling third-party model providers (such as DeepSeek, OpenAI, etc.). When you use such a feature, the parameters and text needed for that request are sent to the model provider and returned after generation. See Section 4 of the Privacy Policy for how this data is handled;
• AI-generated content is produced automatically and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or content unsuitable for teaching. It is provided for reference only — please verify it before use;
• Your quota resets monthly per your subscription cycle. Once the monthly quota is used up, AI features become unavailable until the quota resets. Abusing or flooding the AI endpoints may result in your quota being reset or the service being disabled.

6. Intellectual Property

The site design, software code, the Offline Edition program and related documentation are owned by the developer. Worksheet content you generate belongs to you and may be freely used for personal purposes.

7. Disclaimer

• Free online tools are provided "as is" without guarantees of identical display or behavior on every device/browser;
• Generated content is based on your input and does not guarantee specific teaching outcomes. AI-generated content may contain errors, and we do not warrant its suitability for teaching purposes;
• We are not liable for indirect losses caused by force majeure or third-party service interruptions (e.g., hosting platform failures or model provider API unavailability).

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
